"We called Mike just after 12:00 to schedule an appointment. He was able to schedule a same day appointment for 3:30. We arrived about 15 minutes early. Mike stepped out of his office and greeted my wife and I.(nice firm old school handshake for me). He spent about an hour with us, answering every question we had. I found out he’s a drummer a plus for me! We had a very pleasant conversation over a wide range of topics. Mike was never pushy and in the end we saved money and learned a lot.We had a follow-up email from him when we got home. All in all an unexpected pleasant experience."
